When selling your home I can give you up to date information on what is happening in the marketplace and the price, financing, terms and condition of competing properties.  These are key factors in getting your property sold at the best price, quickly and with minimum hassle.

I can market your property to other real estate agents and the public.  Because we belong to the Multiple Listing System your home is listed  through most other Real Estate offices in the County.

I can also offer a free home warranty plan for your home during the time of the listing.

I can assist you in relocating in any city in the United States or even Europe  through our relocation system
